NextFeed is a software-as-a-service platform for ecommerce product feed management, optimization, and distribution. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans: Fees are based on the selected plan tier and SKU/channel limits.
• Payments: Month-to-month or annual billing via secure payment gateway.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the platform for unlawful activities, distribute malicious code, or attempt to violate the security or integrity of our systems or other users' data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NimbleX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
